Lupi’o is a Lyon-based artist with whom I’ve had the opportunity to work several times. He is also an artist with a vision for visuals when crafting a track, which is why he co-directs all his music videos with me. ’69 Mesures’ is the 6th song we’ve created together over the span of three years.

In 4 minutes, the artist and their set take you on a journey through 11 iconic locations in Lyon and the surrounding department. These are places with which Lupi’o shares a strong and special connection. On the musical side, one willingly lets oneself be carried away by this production blending jazz and new wave. Demonstrating an impeccable rap technique, the artist unleashes a veritable avalanche of sixteen on these 69 measures.
